I'm a 37 year old mom of two adorable daughters, one a toddler and one an infant. In my soul I'm still a 10 year old kiddo that loves jumping, running and having fun. When I first peed my pants at two months postpartum after having my first baby, I had to face a 20 minute walk home with my pants completely wet. I felt embarrassed like never before. I needed a solution right away. I couldn't miss all the fun stuff that I was dreaming to do with my kids and be a roll model for them. I didn't want to be that mom that would sit on the bench in the park and just watch her kids play. I wanted to be the one that is running and spinning with them around the playground, lifting them high in the air, sliding on slides, laughing my ass off and filling my soul with all the joy from that. As a yoga and fitness instructor, everyone told me that I'll get back to myself overnight. They said I would shrink back to my pre-baby body before I could even realize it. They were all WRONG! It really doesn't matter how fit and active you are. Pregnancy changes your body. Also, the muscles that I had been focusing on during my yoga were completely deferent than the muscles moms need help with after babies. After both of my pregnancies, I had a 4 finger depth of diastasis recti. Also, my second pregnancy left my pelvic floor more damaged than the first because I did not heal it the first time. With all the knowledge and experience that I gained along the years, I realized I couldn't keep it all to myself. That is why I decided to put this into a program and help countless moms around the world to enjoy their motherhood journey to the fullest!
